Shawn Murphy is CEO and Principal Consultant of WorqIQ and a senior consulting partner with The Purposeful Culture Group.

Shawn has 26 years experience helping leaders design, implement and measure culture change strategies.

Shawn’s first book, The Optimistic Workplace: Creating an Environment That Energizes Everyone, was published October 2015 by Amacom.

Shawn has a weekly column, “Positive Business” on Inc.com. His work and message has been featured in USA Today, Forbes, Fortune, Inc., The Economist, BBC, The Globe and Mail, and many other outlets
